Water

Iceland, August 2017

This is a collection of photos I took during our golden circle drive around Iceland. Water play an instrumental role in this island from huge waterfalls to beautiful iceberg scenery. You can’t travel in this country without seeing or been in contact with it, in any shape of form, from pure liquid to ice or vapor.  It’s an essence part of this Nordic land.

I had the chance to play with long exposure like I never done before and and play with the time. Water is an amazing subject: always in movement, never stop, it morph and adapt, it has texture and character. I had fun doing long exposure but also freezing the water on high contrast background, it can generate interesting form and have some sort of primordial feeling to it.
